Comments about our site?
You have checked our International Basketball site. You loved it? You hated it? You tried to find something and couldn't find where to locate it? You have suggestions to improve on the site listings? InternationalBasketball.com Forum is the easy place to put your comments. I will answer some comments there on the forum.
But since I know many do not bother to read the forums, and prefer just browse the site proper, I certainly welcome also your direct comments addressed to me in e-mail and answer them here in this section.
We will, at certain times, also include some comments of general interest we find in the forum section and include them here in concise form and address the issues they raise.
Basketball Stories? Basketball Poems?
If you love basketball poetry and prose, we've got a couple of great sites for you... Excellent reads.... Check them at Basketball Stories and Basketball Poems .
Loved the stories and poems there? Do you have personal stories and poems about basketball you want to see published? This is basically for fun and in honor of the beautifullest of all games ever... But we have even put token money prizes for the best submissions.
Basketball Personal or Team Photos? Great Streetball Photos?
We are launching a pictures gallery on our site. We will publish your personal still or action basketball photos. Needless to say, be selective and send only quality photos please for inclusion in our gallery. Submit them in attachment form. Note that personal photos will be arranged in age order, so we will need name, year of both, area you live in and e-mail address. Team photos and streetball photos will be displayed according to geographical area (country by country and in case of USA, state by state). Please specify full name of the school or amateur league or pro league you participate in. Don't forget to include your team name or streetball team name please. We will need the area the team is based in, e-mail address and names of all the teammates appearing which we will publish. Don't forget to include your coach! You may also include team website URL if available. This way, everybody can check in your website.
Basketball Humor / Basketball Top Ten Lists....
Do you have any basketball jokes. Please be original rather than copying something you read somewhere. Share it with all the world. For ideas, please check our Basketball Humor page. Of course you also love David Letterman's "Top 10 Reasons Why.." or "Top Ten Signs You ....". Don't you love to write your or Top 10 list? Why don't you draw a list of your own and submit to us for publication? Since we are not strict, it doesn't even have to be a top ten. I love the idea of a Top 5 Reasons Why... (after all there are 5 basketball teammates playing on court at any one time) or even a Top 12 Signs .. (there are 12 players on a roster...). Like Top 50 Signs I am hopelessly hooked to basketball....
Basketball Tattoos? Everybody loves tattoos. Particularly basketball tattoos. I know it. Ever since I assembled the Basketball Tattoos page (simple set of a handful of links actually), it has become one of the most visited pages on our site. We want to go one step further on this. Submit your own pictures showing proudly your basketball funky tattoos. Tell your friends too. We are also definitely interested in tattoo sketches that you may have designed. E-mail photos and specimen in attachment form tom us. We will credit you and mention your possible copyright to the artwork. Basketball Names? Pallacanestro, Kosarka, Balonncesto, Koripallo... We have been collecting basketball names in various languages and you can find a good selection of such names at Basketball Names. Have we covered your country or language? Would you like to improve on our list of names by telling us what basketball is called in your country? For languages using non-Latin letters, include it as an attachment form and possibly the code and we will try to reproduce it as is on our site. ---------------------------------------------------------
